Reporter Charissa Thompson admitted outright to lying and even showcased she thought it was funny. Her admission breaks all journalistic principles and is a shot in the back to all diligent reporters who work hard at their jobs. Ive done sideline reporting and it deserves better
@therealknelson
it's a slap in the face to those who couldn't even get our foot in the door so we just have to talk about sports on social media and pray we eventually go viral to get a shot.
@therealknelson
Nope. Those reports are a joke and hopefully this proves they should get rid of them. Nothing personal but literally no one cares about them
@therealknelson
It really doesn’t. But it is an opportunity for some of the most privileged communication majors in the world to play victim and spout their righteous indignation
@therealknelson
So she inserted the answer most coaches give when interviewed on the sideline when she had no new material from a coach. Isn’t this old news anyway 🤷🏽♂️
