This is a whole other instance when he stole money sis. That was for appearances he never made. He's done this before. The welfare fraud for the volleyball stadium a whole new issue!

And he does not know where $3.2 million came from for him to invest in a biotech company.

2. if you went to a bank and said, i would like to withdrawal money from accounts I don't own and the bank approved it. Who would you blame for allowing that money to be removed?
