I find myself often disabling them in config to save on context, but the enabling them later to be able to use a specific one

Or maybe a config option for the tui?

I’ve been tracking discussions on the directive vs function fiasco, and nothing feels certain except that if it is done by vercel, people will complain. It’s pretty interesting, and very odd behavior to me.

Currently for prompting, the input is the text/video/image/sound, and the output is information, a new feature, etc But I think eventual for prompting the input will be the human activity and the output will be whatever makes that activity easier.

Thinking about how everything, even what I’m typing into now, is just a media input to share information. I’ve found myself the past few weeks using text area inputs more and more for communicating with LLMs. So many of my UIs are now text areas. This can’t be it

We should consider a different term than vibe coding for using LLMs to write code on your behalf. Vibe coding gives the sense that there was no human intervention, no planning, no suggestive language to steer the LLM in the correct direction, no understanding of the code.

Since using LLMs, I don’t really enter that “flow state” like it typically would. I have no intentions to stop using ai to write code on my behalf, but it’s something I’ve been noticing. Anyone else having a similar experience? Or a different one?

Balance isn’t that hard as I thought. You just have to be ok with sacrifice and sticking to a plan

I think everyone just misses the simplicity of building web applications. It’s still there, there’s just more options available

Historically I’ve never been interested in remix. Always felt like some other “thing” stopped me from using it more. Maybe that’s the point? Either way this excites me and I like the idea of removing reacts roadmap from being a blocker
