Kinda lame, @SouthwestAir. $50 voucher and no acknowledgment that 1. the gate agent refused to recognize a pump as a medical device and 2. your website doesn’t specify what constitutes a medical device bag. This is not reassuring re: future flights for me or others who pump.

Lessons learned 1) ask for it! some things in EM not negotiable but many things are 2) think about non-monetary ways your work can be recognized 3) member check for reasonable asks 4) understand your negotiation style 🦦 looking forward to next month's session with my #RAFFT
