I’ve called & emailed…. You guys have no valid reason to deactivate my account and the people I’ve spoken to were rude and treated me like they had an issue with black men.

I’ve spoken to 4 different agents through chat and they all see the cold food… the delivery receipt and order receipt and the time I ordered it… Come on @UberEats ….

I ordered from @UberEats … their 1st driver canceled and I waited for almost 2 hours for my food and it was cold…. They said it’s not eligible for a refund… and will not let me speak to a manager

Although I am a gold member with @Hertz …Their customer service has been horrible during my last 3 rentals . The communication between locations and customers need to be better.

As much as I travel I have never experienced this level of disrespect and horrible customer service from @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott The manager James at The Marriott Crabtree does not know how to handle elite customers. I have video and will share.

You would think this issue with @JetBlue was resolved by now…nope… no one still know where my bag is…. @AmericanAir is at fault as well… they put me on this flight with @JetBlue because of their partnership

Still no success with @JetBlue finding my luggage… I don’t understand how my bag could get lost… it was 55lbs… had a mosaic tag on it… I watched the lady put it on the conveyor belt… idk

I’ve called this number and made a claim…. There has been multiple flights my bag should’ve been on coming from rdu to boston …. And it has not shown up… How about you call rdu and tell them to get my back to boston first thing in the morning….THESE NUMBERS DONT GET RESULTS
