A study in contrasts: 4-port EA site, one broken, the rest wonโt go over 35kWโฆ
Right across the parking lot a 16-port Tesla V3 SC, all working (according to PlugShare) max output 250kW.

I seriously question Electrify Americaโs awful charging network, owned by VW. What motivation does VW have to ensure a swift transition to EVs? They sell a few EVs, but their business is still basically entirely dependent on ICE sales. Makes you wonder.

Thanksgiving and Christmas travel this year have really revealed the weak links in non-Tesla charging infrastructure and the real-world frustrations they create. It's all talk until the rubber meets the road.

Agreed. EVs don't work in a vacuum...they are part of a system that includes the charging network. When the charging doesn't work, it takes away the ability to use your EV long distance (or even locally if you can't charge at home).
Tesla gets it. The rest don't.
