social media is fake so here are some things i'm embarrassed about at 28
-I hate that I live with my parents with no seeming way to get out. I feel like a child and I can’t escape
-I hate that I never did anything fun to have fun memories of while being young and now I’m too old…

Oh additional side note. I have constant medical anxiety and fear that I’m dying or have cancer. And then pray that it’s not true.

I promise you, your can and will make the best memories with people that love you deeply and want to be their for those moments. Love has no age, friendships have no limits, fun can be on YOUR terms... don't let your past impact your future. EMDR therapy reminds me of that alot.

I feel the living with parents part to the extreme. I had to move back in at 24 and lived with them until just after I turned 31. It feels dehumanizing in ways, but I promise you can escape it.

I’m 28 and stay at home still too. My circumstances are slightly different cause it my sister and not parents, I’m also a plus size girlie and don’t think there’s anyone that I like that’s attracted to me and anyone interested in me just wants to hookup and I don’t.

I’m 24 & just moved back in with my parents a few months ago. It is such a suffocating thing, and you’re so valid for feeling the way you do. Side note- it is never too late to live your life. You deserve the best in this world & it’ll come to you!!

I’m 29 and I still live at home too. I totally feel you on that one. It’s hard to feel like an adult when you’re still living under your parents roof. It will not be forever!! & it might sound cliché, but the right man will see YOU for who you are. ✨
