@taylor_atx Pro tip: throw the party immediately, THEN start the improvements. You can throw yourself another one when you are done! We did this with a house that never quite made it to the standard for the second party in the 10 years we owned it...

@taylor_atx Last night a friend of mine asked me to help him put up his new tv on the wall. Told my partner, "I'll be gone about 30 mins" So wrong was I. didn't have the screws, only ones he had were too deep. It took hours.
