@plaindocs Thanks! I'm trying to branch out from the WtD and API conference space for this talk. It is more about writing docs for when your audience is beginners, not beginner doc writers.

@taylor_atx I’ve found the JavaScript community to be really receptive to docs talks! Especially if it tackles empathy for beginners. Anything in the JSConf family or many regional js/react/etc specific events (at least in Europe, can’t really speak for the US)
