We don’t need a shot clock…we need target score like the TBT tournament runs. Target score basketball could revolutionize the game.

Absolutely makes sense to switch basketball and football. Also an economic boost because of the lower attendance in half the games that are impacted by bad weather now. Moreover, the health risk is drastically higher with heat the way it is now. Would have to volleyball to winter.
Does anyone else get sick of the rain and unbearable heat in Florida? Crazy thought that our trainer at CCC is always talking about. Switch basketball and Football season. Opinions?.

For whatever reason (infielders have started to try and get everything over their head that is an easy play for the outfielder as long as the outfielder isn’t afraid of an overzealous infielder). Let the outfielder get all those.

Yet are forcing a stupid shot clock on kids that haven’t even been taught help side. It’s just so unnecessary.

Original purpose on class by enrollment was to see who was the best in the “best” division, then the next, etc. To compare apples to apples. Now with open enrollment (no hate) that is no longer the case. It’s time for a new formula!.
🏀 Seeing schools continue gather up transfers and load up at various 1A schools in Florida … seems like a great time to introduce the OPEN DIVISION. A tournament with the Top 16 (or 32) teams in the state going head-2-head would be a great showcase! 🤷🏼♂️.

Proud of @CoastalBaseball. The 2025 season is one TEAL NATION will remember 4 a long time. Congrats to LSU, a great team that earned this championship. However, on the game’s highest stage our coaches should have been there throughout, but that opportunity was taken from them

Plus it’s unrealistic to what a kid can do in college. Can a kid suit up and give it their all vs great competition going all in for 1 game and then recover several days for the next. The AAU model is broken.
I wish there was a better way than playing tournaments every weekend over the summer. Tournaments do bring some very good competition, but the wear & tear on the body playing 5-6 games in 2-3 days is not good! Playing one game a day for 4-5 days is a way better model. Ideas?.

Love it! Notice no push to have it in AAU where it’s actually needed.

Love the defensive videos as we don’t see enough of those. Her cross to the left is also way ahead of the curve and even lefty bounce passes cross lanes. Quick release.
Context is important. These plays were against Wesley Chapel, Springstead, and Doral Academy. 2 teams from MaxPreps' top 150 in Florida, and the back-to-back 7A semifinalist. Her teammates included five girls who were in middle school last week.

Wally Pipp!!!!!.
A demoralizing loss in opener, but the kids bounced back and played Springstead tough in game 2. 6 returning players did not play choosing other activities. They probably have never heard of Wally Pipp. We have a clean slate at 11 AM Sunday in a single-elimination tourney.

It’s the middle of 2025, and people still jump up the moment the plane reaches the gate, as if standing sooner will somehow get them off faster.
