@DrKGregorevic So medically vulnerable people have moral superiority since we've been shunned from public life because no one else can bother to stay home if they have a cough or runny nose. The fact you're objecting to clean air says a lot. You are a contrarian.

I find the ‘clean air’ brigade incredibly distasteful. Things like CO2 monitors and personal purifiers have no evidence and the reality is people who can avoid Covid by ‘avoiding restaurants ‘ are confusing moral superiority with privilege

@talveon @DrKGregorevic No, I think she’s saying that medically vulnerable people who are still mitigating think they’re superior when actually they’re *privileged*’….I think that’s the crux of it.

@stone3Clare @DrKGregorevic We're neither. There is a cost to isolating and being shut out of public life.

@talveon @DrKGregorevic We made jokes that people would eventually find a way to oppose safe air. They were supposed to just be jokes.

@talveon @DrKGregorevic I don’t go to restaurants because I don’t want Covid, it’s cheaper and healthier to cook at home and I don’t have to worry about getting the flu or norovirus, either.

@talveon @DrKGregorevic a supposed geriatrician - that's even more sad she has that much contempt for a whole group she supposedly cares for.
