I’ve lost 70 pounds since I got sick in September of 21. Doc said I probably wouldn’t see 30. But I turn 30 in 2 months and I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years. Slow progress is maintainable progress. Get the fucc after it and remember, tomorrow’s always a new day.
