Chicken Crisps are back!!! Chicken skins coated in cornstarch and then double fried. Tossed with garlic oil, cilantro, green onions, sesame, Korean chilli and then topped with our hoisin, garlic aioli, and Gochujang mayo! Now this is a real treat from the Gods of Studio East!
