Absolutely abysmal from @WWTworldwide
I counted 30+ dead Whooper Swans at lunch today at Welney due to avian flu, and yet still the WWT decide to feed them to entertain visitors - on a pool with 6 floating corpses and 2 visibly ill swans. NOT good conservation. @WWTworldwide @DefraGovUK

Bird flu (H5N1) starting to rear its head across the country again, sadly. FWIW we implemented a boot disinfection bath for everyone visiting the shoot, arrival and leaving. Might be good practice to see it on more shoots

Said at the time, will say it *AGAIN*, banning certain knives to tackle knife crime is like banning spoons to tackle obesity. How did it pan out @Keir_Starmer ? Never have I seen such an incompetent government.
When I met first met Pooja, I made a promise to her that I would ban ninja swords like the one that killed her son Ronan in 2022. Next month, it will be illegal to sell or own those kinds of weapons. The progress weโre making to tackle knife crime can and will save lives.
