As a woman I’ve become accustomed to keeping myself safe. Booking taxis home at night and watching my drinks when I’m out partying. But our home should be a place where we feel most protected and safe.

Late night @Deliveroo order. As I opened my flat door (a lower ground basement flat) the driver asked if I was alone and winked? I said no and shut the door quickly. That was a lie. I was alone….

@NETAPORTER are a lux company & customers pay a premium 4 that service. I can forgive delivery issues during tough times & Xmas but not the lack of care I received today by staff who had no idea what to do & all made a decision not to call me back after all telling me they would

This was all fixable as all clothes ordered & UK based. I live in Central London. Zone 1. 5: I took all names of the employees and would like to make a formal complaint - Please tell me how? I honestly don’t know what more I could have done?

I spent 40 mins on the phone to her. 4: Not one offered a solution it was only 3pm then. I offered 3 solutions but they said they had no power to access anything. I was meant to shoot tomorrow on a shoot in Ibiza now not possible and flight changed.

1: Promised to ring DHL and update me - I found out none did. 2: The 2nd CS member couldn’t access her screen to view my order after me giving her my order number, name & email?! I spent 49 mins on the phone to her. 3: 3rd CS member told me that staff aren’t allow to ring DHL.

Worst service w/ @NETAPORTER again 2day! No delivery even though paid premium for 2day. Spoke to x3 Customer Service staff who all promised to ring me back & not 1 did! Unbelievable. Fly for work tomorrow so when delivered I won’t be here. Joke.
