Also this - Marta did everything she could to tell us not to worry about the plot & she hasn’t said anything since that changes that, other than defend her coworkers. They always get there in the end with the plots we hate (see wedding, baby, Jaime)
Reasons I'm holding onto my optimism: -Meh -Fotógra-FA -You'll like Cloe in the end -Mafin is bombproof -She wasn’t meant to be in s3 -Marta is still thinking about Fina always -This still feels like it’s going to end up a friendship Maybe I'll end up a 🤡, but you never know

Tapping this sign again. It feels like a big week in the colonia just outside of Toledo (does it have a name, actually?), but I really do think a big reason for them having C as a potential partner & not a friend is to be part of Pelayo’s downfall & another betrayal of Marta by P
I said it before, but Cloe was written as short term, even if that changed later. In SDL, ppl come in move a plot forwards, and then move on. Cloe is helping Marta understand her feelings, bringing her out of her funk and antagonising Pelayo. Then I think this plot is done 🤷♀️
