So we need to listen to them and make them understand at the same time. We will definitely get there as an industry as a whole. We just need founders, entrepreneurs and investors to understand that time will lead to profitability and eventually this industry will scale. @CNN

We don’t need flashy headlines & aggressive marketing – we need real answers, real timelines and practical solutions that consumer will eventually be comfortable with and will be acceptable for them. Let’s all remember that the consumer is the king (or queen).

Working on things that matter and creating a huge impact takes time and that is exactly what the entire cultivated meat industry needs – Time. Time to scale, time to prove the market and demand, time to prove that meat and seafood from stem cells is delicious and nutritious.

My most favorite part is when she acknowledged that I/we are practical about the timelines to scale and how we are not overpromising. My other favorite part was about Singapore and its pioneering role in the cultivated meat and seafood industry and food security in general.
