We need to open communication channels and take actions on the feedback provided by the community as the standard of the level of care for our membership. No more burned bridges! but pleasing everyone is impossible #SQLPASSBoDAMA
This is a tough one: PASS has overdrawn the goodwill in the community. There is also no recognition of how many bridges have been burned in the community. What are your plans to repair and rebuild the damage done and try to attract people back? #SQLPASSBoDAMA

it feels that way because they do run the day to day operations of the organization. many community members have expressed the need to reduce their "footprint" and that is doable with an appropriate structure that we don’t right now but needs to be done #SQLPASSBODAMA
Serious question here: if C&C doesn't vote, then why does it feel to many of us community members that they run things? How do you make that not true, and how do you convince the community of that? #SQLPASSBODAMA

based on the financial and organizational situation that we have, everything need to be rethink. but the relationship between PASS and C&C is huge making it very complicated to see one without the other in the near future. #sqlpassbodama

It is too early to know what's going to happen with PASS Summit 2021. We need to support the virtual conference and make our mind that next year is probably be something similar with some lessons learned from this year. #SQLPASSBodAMA

Hi Mala, the budget issue and it's a combination of increasing revenue and minimizing costs. PASS cannot continue to rely only on Summit and the current cost structures need to be revaluated in full.
