Don't bash your body over not being one or the other, this thread was purely made for the people who wanted to see the difference between soft and sharp <3 one isn't better than the other, alot of this comes down to bones, genetics and muscle/fat.

Sharp skinny =/= bonespo
It's in the name, sharp means being angular and "spikey". A body can look more sharp if it has bones since there's more ridges and edges. Soft skinny just means the body outlines are smoother.

isn’t soft vs sharp skinny just thinspo vs bonespo? all the pictures with sharp skinny are a lot skinnier

It can be! The more bone-y you are, the sharper you are basically. There is girls with lower bmis that look soft, but if you get even lower, at some point you'll look sharper yes. However someone can be the same bmi and look more sharp or more soft

I think the difference is the bone structure. If you have small bone structure then you have to have a much lower weight in order for bones to show. But you can still be small.

I guess tinyspo is pretty close to soft skinny yes, but not all sharp skinny is bonespo
