I didn't know about this 🙁 You can't use 16-25 Railcard for tickets less £12 (between 4-10 am Mon-Fri) Don't offer it as an option on your booking platform & definitely don't just have it in small print of T&Cs Stop penalising genuine people & find the fare dodgers! @_Railcards
So, this afternoon I got home to find a lovely letter from @northernassist telling me about how they wanted to prosecute me for using the below ticket to travel on the specified route at a peak time. I paid £1.90 less than the fare they say I should have paid. A thread 🧵
