@proustmalone That's because you're incorporating temporary homelessness which is dramatically different than chronic homelessness.

@sphericaltime @proustmalone Yes and no. They're so different that a discussion of them at the same time mostly just confuses and obfuscates. Most of the time, people only do it to pad data about chronic homelessness to make it seem worse, or to obscure certain facts.
