Thanks for reading!.These notes come from a place of admiration - the progress in Sonic Blitz is exciting to see, and the renders show real care. With just a few tweaks, they could go from “good” to “great.” Can’t wait to see what’s next! #SonicBlitz #SonicTheHedgehog.

Sonic’s main render may be the weakest of the bunch. While not bad, it lacks the polish we see in many of the other Blitz renders. Some small changes - brighter, more dynamic lighting, toned-down lip bump, better texture definition - would bring it up to the high standard.

Bark's render has a lot of quality, but if this is supposed to be MODERN Bark, then there's a few issues to discuss. His render is high quality overall, but if this is meant to represent MODERN Bark, a few details need refinement. Which I've written here.

Of the new renders, Super Sonic’s feels the least impressive. Compared to other official takes, the Sonic Blitz version (left) lacks glowing energy, intensity, and sense of power that defines this. Improved lighting, aura effects, and sharper pose energy could elevate it.

A small but noticeable detail. the “lip bump” under some characters’ mouths - such as on Amy - adds an odd bit of shading and definition that isn’t needed, given renders that do not use them. Simplifying this area (as past examples show) results much cleaner and appealing art.

Character skin tones could use some adjustment. In Sonic Blitz, Knuckles, Shadow, Silver, and especially Ray appear noticeably paler than they typically are in official art or past games. A slightly deeper tone would better match their established look and add visual richness.
