If you're thinking about buying a preconstruction property, I implore you to take resale and assignment options into consideration. The price per foot ain't mathing on precons and there are deals to be had elsewhere in the market.

I just recorded a video on why pre sales make no sense to me. I understand we need them for supply but still there bad investments

Some assignments have a significant delta between their list price and original price.
If they’re closing / occupying this yr plz, plz compare with current resale conditions.
