For the love of god, have a lawyer review a pre-construction purchase agreement.
Request a blank agreement from the builder prior to going to the sales center and have your lawyer review.

veer how many will read your tweet? We really need to have some kind of initiatives to educate our community people. There are so many i know who are stuck in massive RE transactions because they blindly trusted there realtor.
