@FinancialHood Lenders are very picky on the private side. There’s a borrower and lender mismatch pretty consistently across the board. Lenders want 75% LTV or less. Borrowers often in need of 75-85%. Lack of clear exits further muddying the waters. Rates are steadily increasing 1/
