@sm_cmc This is perfect example of market shift this kind of home in Pre pandemic 2019 used to be under 750K, and 2020 it went to 850k end of 2021 homes like this was selling 1.5M , and in mid 2022 it is 970K in end of 2023 will be back to 750K what do you think 🤔
