@skarskar2003 I think youre drastically overestimating how often people will accept *incredible* burdensome responsibilities and disruptions to their life for non-family. Youre probably young. Eventually people you know hit 40s, 50s, etc., and you see how life works for the unfortunates

Pretty sure the science says you're supposed to eat like 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Or that intermittent fasting is not good because it means you gain weight faster because your body stores more fat since you eat less often
