@shroomboii I had to uninstall it to reinstall The sims & all the dlc ive purchased to fix the lax issue it was so bad as soon as id get on to play it was constantly laggy i could barely even move my cursor or save the game

@shroomboii I was one of the lucky ones up until this past week when the starvation glitch killed two of my sims within their first week of life

@shroomboii It's because people wanna fit in with everyone so they fake virtue signal and fake outrage because they have nothing better or interesting going on in their lives. It's being intentionally dishonest, disingenuous and hyperbolic. It's sooo annoying too.

@shroomboii If you're willing to put up with some fuckery it's fine. The constructor robot in gtw is currently glitched and I don't know if there's a way to turn off wants and baking was telling me I need ingredients despite not having simple living on but I just go 🤬🤬🤬 and play. Whatevs

@shroomboii I choose to beleive their experiences and just call myself lucky. Maybe it's because I never installed the broken patch, I always wait. Or maybe it's because I generated a whole new Sims folder after the update. Maybe cause I did a cc restart. But I'm lucky.

@shroomboii Tbf u kinda get used to the bugs since they been there a moment now. Like for example not bringing ur sims to the restaurant bc u know it’s prob gonna bug and take ages, u basically just avoid the annoying situation, at least for me tho

@shroomboii I wonder about this too. My game has some bugs that are annoying, but it’s nowhere near “unplayable”. There’s usually a workaround for really frustrating bugs. I always do a google search & usually find the fix there.

@shroomboii For me I think I am lucky as I am able to play the sims no game breaking issue but I definitely have bugs, my sims can’t cook together, hiking is 50/50, events in game not working etc

@shroomboii I have major fps drops on my laptop and idk why and it's so annoying. When i first got the game i played on a 2004 pc and it ran smooth af

@shroomboii I feel that way too sometimes. But then I realised it’s gotten to the point where I’m just so used to all the bugs that I just consider them apart of the gameplay and don’t consider them bugs anymore. Which is the safest thing I’ve ever had to write about a game😭

@shroomboii Nah, unplayable is wild exaggeration. It has even got depth that's been building since university and snowy escape. It's just buggy and you probably can't play without running into some sort of annoying issue for very long so if that stops you then it's difficult to enjoy it

@shroomboii When things happen like your save corrupts and is no longer saves and reverts back to a certain day every time you save and exit, it’s unplayable. Some people *aren’t* exaggerating.

@shroomboii My game is definitely playable and I've experienced little to no issues since any updates or releasing of any new packs, I play with CC and Mods🤷‍♀️
