8) Make way for more Tier-2 and Tier-3 events Currently, only CCT hosts VRS events for Tier-2 teams. So, any team that drops below top-100, is left with only hard open qualifiers. Valve need to make a way for smaller tournaments with top-100 — top-200 teams.

7.2) It's doesn't make any sense, because the whole purpose of ESL's system was to get to the Pro League, starting from Open. There's no real reason to tryhard in Advanced anymore, because it won't get you further.

7.1) Allow teams to save spots on some events for results in previous events ESL announced that it won't save spots for teams on ESL Challenger for the results in this season, and that everything will depend on VRS.

6) Allow TOs exclude teams that are banned by betting sites It's almost impossible to prove match fixing. Earlier, TOs could just exclude teams that are banned by betting sites. Now, without it, we're getting a CCT Grand Final with "500" and Partizan with 500 viewers online.

5) Make the rating less volatile The head2head system is a good idea, but it impacts the rating too much. A team may gain a several VRS positions in just one game, and it makes the rating unstable. It leads to teams dodging some games.

4) Stop overestimating Impact tournaments Impact tournaments give a lot of VRS points. Teams like Imperial Valkyries enter top-30 only because of these events. I think that they should firstly prove their power at smaller events before jumping to Tier-1.

3) Open a support line with Valve Many teams and TOs have questions about VRS that aren't covered in an official GitHub document. Valve have an official email "cs2team", but it's pointless to write there.

2) Update the invitational standings more often. Currently, this list updates once a month. It may be reasonable for Tier-1 teams, but this is harsh for Tier-2. A team may gain +30 positions in a week, but still be left without invitations for the month.

b) Overestimation of small tournaments with large prize pools. For instance, the IESF tournament led to Nexus becoming 28th team in the world. The problem is — there were no teams above the 60th place in VRS. For me, this is absurd.

a) Teams from regions with a large amount of LANs (Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovakia) have an advantage that is not really fair. Teams like Dynamo Eclot turn out to rank above their real level because they play a lot of LANs with not so strong opponents, getting a lot of points.

1) Change the evaluation of LANs. The current version of VRS accounts only the prize money for teams. But it doesn't account the level of opponents. It creates two problems:
