Grief really is the pits. I quit the booze 2 weeks ago to see if it helped. It didn’t help the sadness but I feel my mornings are mine again. Before and after but still very much in it. Sure the lighting and angle are different, but I can actually open my eyes fully now.

I am sorry for your loss. I spent a rough March remembering my husband (11 years) and my son (3 years). You have a long journey. Be gentle with yourself. 🙏🏻🇨🇦

I wish you comfort in this time of mourning. Itz hard to be without her. The emptiness will eventually heal in time. Believe that she's there with you in Spirit. You'll meet again in Paradise, she'll be there to greet you. Even though words can’t express much, we're here for you.

Oh Shauna, I so feel for you. It’s a process for sure. Let the emotions run through. Remember your support. They are there for you, when you are ready.
