Bust day this week with chefs at Townhill community school @BubsyTownhill. We made our own pot noodle with fresh ingredients and it tasted better than a shop bought one!

Last session with two great young chefs at Penyrheol Pimary School @penyrheol2. We celebrated by cooking paella for our teachers!

Today we cooked pasta @CraigfelenP, we used chard and parsley that was grown at the school with the support of @CaeCsa

And today it’s back to our friends at the school where we started; two new chefs at @CraigfelenP

That’s it for another year. 151 hampers delivered to our neighbours who needed a helping hand at Christmas. It’s only possible because of our little army of volunteers. To the firefighters, police officers, mayors, councillors, MP, AS, vicar, father Christmas..diolch yn Fawr

So today I cut a pepper for the first time and then I cooked it in a meal for my mum and a member of school staff @CraigfelenP
