Thanks to everyone who came out to the Mayfair-Holmesburg Thanksgiving Parade. Grateful for all of the hard work that went into organizing this celebration of Northeast Philly; our pride in our home and our support for all the heroes who make our community the Great Northeast.

This year’s budget delivers $50 million to the celebration of our 250th anniversary, much of which will be directed to Philly - the birthplace of our American Experiment.

As Chair of the Urban Affairs and Housing Committee, I led today’s meeting where we advanced legislation to provide a contact database for landlords, making sure absentee landlords can no longer hide behind out of state LLC’s.
