But I wasn’t the only person to read that article and the company was overrun with orders. I waited months to get my mining machine and during the time, the price of BTC shot up like 10 x

Funny story: in 2013 I read an article about a guy who was mining BTC with a specialized butterfly labs mining machine. He was getting one #BTC per day. But they were only worth like $50 and the machine was consuming a lot of electricity.

Solution: watch 10 newbs onboard completely and ask them where they're stumbling/confused. Instead of just using something like logrocket, you actually need to talk to them in person as they do it and get them to talk through what's going through their minds.
