@saurabh_kochar What upliftment? An IAS officer's son/daughter availing 3rd generation reservation is reverse discrimination. How much upliftment they need? Can you give me a timelines when will they be finally uplifted? You can go all intellectual, it won't change facts.

@saurabh_kochar Atleast put creamy layer in sc-st reservation and sub categorized the reservation as sugested by supreme court. And, abolish some clause of st-sc attrocity act.
