Ever wonder how forces affect nuclear transport in cells? Check out the latest paper by Nick Scott in @UTBiomedical showing that chemotherapy transport into the nucleus depends on cell mechanics.
www.science.org
Mechanical forces felt by cancer cells tune how small-molecule chemotherapy enters their nuclei.

Congrats @scheidt_tom; well deserved!!.
#EESPhaseSeparation Great privilege to be awarded a poster prize next to all the other participants. Thanks to the audience and judges for the selection. The conference was great, seeing old friends and colleagues and meeting new people (not only virtually).

This was totally rad. Thanks to @EllaSugerman from @ManuelKRausch1 lab for leading us on this adventure. Looking forward to the next visit to the @ScienceMill !.
Doing science with youngsters has been a passion of mine for a long time, but seeing these students get excited about a project that means so much to me has been uniquely rewarding. Access to hands-on science early in my childhood was essential in getting to where I am today ❤️.
