@santosh_k2021 @DrKateLovett @MindfulRussell UR right. It’s difficult to set aside process. Archaic @rcpsych rules shd have been modernised yrs ago. It’s caused a lot of unease, unnecessarily. Big issues shd be debated, openly. That’s my approach, always. We need 2 unite so we can face the coming challenges. A = Yes, btw.
