Simple Question- Before Electoral Bonds from 1947 onwards, How were Political Parties Funded during Congress era, Was it zero black money, no corporate donation & full transparency? Can anyone answer?

@ishkarnBHANDARI No money is black. Its a vague term used by Modi for Swiss bank. Either it is tax paid legal or non tax paid which is also legal when tax is paid later. Money earned from prostitution, sale of prohibited drugs, gambling and trade of banned animals is black money.
