Okay so I started using SAALT menstrual panties and I *really* like them. I think I’m done with pads! Gotta try out their menstrual cup & I’ll get back with y’all but these panties?! 9 out of 10! And they are actually safe!

Okay so I used this menstrual disc on the heaviest day of my period and with no underwear. I was out drinking and dancing to amapiano, not holding back at all. NO. LEAKS. Not a drop! And the little finger ridge makes it easy to insert/remove.
About to put this bad boy on a stress test. I’m on day 2 of my cycle and this is what we’re wearing. @Saaltco don’t let me down 😭

I know for some people who menstruate this isn’t workable. But really it has given me a ton of benefits with only small draw backs, and removal isn’t has messy as you might think. I use @Saaltco soft cup, but have tried lots!

I will say, I have had great success with the @Saaltco cup! If you have access/ability to use this instead, highly recommend.
