@BIGPIKLIZ One of my fav things is every minute or every .10 increasing the incline by 1. Start 1 and work up to 12 and then back down.

@Maliayah_ @BIGPIKLIZ Never been a fan of high impact cardio (running and sprints) after a while my joints would kill me so this was a good alternative method to get my cardio in depending on what phase of training I’m in.
