🚨True story🚨: Chris Berman was the guest speaker at my county’s scholar-athlete award in ‘93 & he gave all of the finalists nicknames. I’ve always ❤️d my Berman nickname: Rob “I play to” Winfield 💪🏻. The best, though, was Immokalee High’s nominee: Ruben “L’eggo” Gallegos. 🧇😂.

I’ve lived coast to coast & across the middle & there is no place nicer, more welcoming, or more passionate about its community & teams than #KansasCity. #RedFriday (yes, even the fountains) is a staple in #ChiefsKingdom.

Proud to have participated in this study. While I don’t think that there is a “one size fits all” approach to this matter, we do need to develop standard expectations to ensure fair treatment that promotes wellness for acute care surgeons and safe care for our patients.
