There are a lot of things that I think WOTC do right. One is the platforming of femme creators. Here in Aus, the WOTC crew have supported Ladies & Theydies from its’ inception. To be fair, I think romance sets would rock! I don’t think it’s whataboutism to ask for more than that.

Further, you can’t girl ghostbusters your way into this. If ALL you do is make a set that you say is “for” women it’ll just make the men who are unwelcoming angrier that “their space” is being invaded. >Women become aware that MTG is not a safe space >cycle continues.

On the Chris Cocks Interview: .Bringing women into a male dominated space requires more support. If you don’t work on making it a space that women can feel comfortable being in, no amount of “romance or kpop sets” can keep them in it.
