@rparloff Who are they suing? They can’t sue the government. They can’t sue the gov worker who gave the order, they were just doing their job. They can’t’ sue the DOJ, or whatever division. They can’t sue the judge who approved the warrant. Bunch of ding-dongs who waste time and money.

@rparloff That's because Senators have the right to challenge their data being taken with or without a warrant. Its a law. You should know that. That law was violated when Boasberg issued his gag order to the phone companies. Things like this make you very partisan and disingenuous.
