Ecosystem alignment beats logo collecting. A startup can’t align with every hyperscaler. Pick the one whose stack your product amplifies. Being “the AI layer on Azure” is more powerful than being “also listed on AWS.”

Big alliances decide who wins in AI SaaS. Platform partnerships are leverage, not luck. Most startups treat AWS or Google partnerships like marketing perks.
