It was absolutely the correct decision to ban Maccabi Tel Aviv supporters from the game against Aston Villa. They were the antagonists in Amsterdam with racist chants, failure to observe a two minutes silence and tearing down Palestine flags.

They wanted to be attacked so that they could cry victim, as they did. Therefore, they have to be considered a danger to Birmingham's security. Given their actions in Amsterdam, and Birmingham's large Muslim population, they'd antagonize them.
