Didn’t bother with the game. Drove back to London instead, looks like a great decision. But three things; 1) 12.30 NYD kick off nobody can be arsed with. It makes for a shite atmosphere and therefore plays right into the away team

2) We played more and travelled more than any other Prem team over Xmas. 4 games in 9 days (Lpool get 13 days) is too much for this squad

3) I fucking despise Michael Keane. The big useless twat.

And Cardiff vs Spurs will be shite later too. I know why Sky Sports do it but ultimately shit games undermine the value of the product. High intensity football requires rest.

@MarkMobile68 Of course mate but nowhere near the level. Gomes off form then there’s no adequate replacement. Same with Coleman, Walcott, Gueye, Sigurdsson, Richarlison. Playing tired, out of form, then results like today always likely to happen.
