In queue to check in with @Delta at McCarran, Vegas. 4 priority desks open, 1 for standard. No wonder I’ve been here 30 minutes and moved 6 feet. Poor @Delta

Come on @LBIAirport the luggage has taken as long as the flight! This is ridiculous, get a move on it’s not as if it’s peak season or there is even another flight

Give credit when you get to the front of the queue very efficient and sorted with 1st available match, not even BA. Taxi and hotel to another airport. FairPlay @British_Airways @LBIAirport

Get more staff to help. water or refreshments for those standing in the queue to rebook ? We don’t blame you for the cancellations, but the treatment of your passengers - different story. ✈️ cancelled2hours ago & still 2 hours from front of queue @LBIAirport @British_Airways

Snow is no-one’s fault. Flight cancelled. Fair enough. But helping 2 people an hour to rebook, on a full flight is appalling. @LBIAirport @British_Airways
