I sometimes feel Isayama gave too much credit to his audience because a lot of people don't even seem to get the order of the flashbacks and confuse themselves.

No no he still wanted to wipe out the world cos it wasnt like a book rather than him just being guilty that he actually has to do it after he initially had that mindset
