China attempting connecting G219 via Shaksgam Valley over KK Range Aghil/Mushtagh Passes. Close to K2. Very difficult terrain, once connected to Road to Hunza/Gilgit, will be bypass to Kashgar-Khunjerab-Gilgit road. Shortcut from Pak to Tibet remaining south of KunLun range.
