I just concluded the 2023 @ISUExtension @CARD_ISU Iowa #LandValue Survey. Results suggest a steady trend in the land markets, with an average #farmland value increase of 3.7%. A modest rise compared to the surges of 17% and 29% in 2022 & 2021. Details at
