"Using undefined emulation in development mode. Cannot start nuxt: Nitro entry is missing! Is "undefined" preset correct?" (cloudflare_module preset). Second issue was due to compat date mismatch (needs 2025-07-15). And both have already been corrected in the default template 😂.

Upgraded to @nuxt_js v4 (+ nitro 2.12.3). Smooth experience apart from 2 minor observations/issues:. 1. The server/tsconfig.json file is obsolete now, but the default template still had it (was the case at least till 2 days back).2. pnpm dev failed with. .
